Goods:-
'Goods' means every kind of movable property except auctionable claims’ and 'money' and this includes stock and shares antique things ,crops and things growing with the help of land but separable from land before the sell or contract of sale.
This is winder term in comparison to ’English law’ because English law excludes stock and shares but sales of goods act, 1930 includes both.
‘Actionable claim’ means an enforce due to action for claiming debts (eg.), Debts is not a movable property so we exclude it from the definition.
