Buyer and seller:-
"Buyer" means a person agrees to buy and buy something and "Seller"means a person who sells and agrees to sell something.
These both term are wider as well as interrelated .
Wider, buyer because this terms cover buy as well as agrees to buy and this is same in case of seller sales or agrees to sealer and these both are party to contract of sales of goods.
