Ascertained goods

Ascertained goods:-

When the  goods identified or ascertained due to contract of sale.this term is defined by law but came in existence due to judicial interpretation .in actual or practical life this term also known as ‘specific goods’. When lot of ‘unascertained goods’are collected and identified some goods, this goods become ascertain goods.
